Pastoral Care

Our ministry team is available to all people during times of extended illness or crisis. When a death occurs, they will assist with the planning, offer counsel and lead funeral/memorial services.

Chapel Services

Each month, our ministry team leads chapel services at a couple of nursing homes and the Regional Hospital.

Healing and Wellness

A couple of times each year, services of healing are offered as part of Sunday morning worship.

Therapeutic Touch by Request - Those interested in healing sessions at other times are welcome to contact the church to make arrangements for an appointment with a volunteer as available.

Workshops in Therapeutic Touch are held occasionally during the year for those interested in training. Watch the bulletin for dates and times, or click here for updates.

Living with Cancer

A support group for individuals and families coping with this disease will meet on the third Thursday of each month, from 10-noon in the parlour. Coffee and snacks are provided. Contact Fran at 347-2244 or click here for updates.

Prostate Awareness Group Exchange

A support group for men and women who are seeking to understand prostate cancer and its effects, meets on the third Thursday each month, 7:30 p.m. in the Parlour. Find news and updates here.

Reaching Out

Several times a year, a group of visitors call on members of our church family who are unable to attend regularly.

Crisis Response

Our ministry team offers counsel and practical support to those in our neighbourhood who are in need. This is made possible through our support of the Benevolent Fund.
